Accessibility Statement
SueYou should work for everyone

Our commitment
Legal help matters most when it's hard to get. We want people with disabilities to be able to use SueYou fully, including people who use screen readers, magnifiers, voice control or a keyboard.
Our goal
We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We're not claiming full conformance, and no independent auditor has tested SueYou yet.
What we've built in
- Text descriptions for meaningful images
- Labels on form fields and buttons
- A clear heading structure
- Keyboard use, with visible focus outlines
- A skip link on the home page
- No wave animation for people who turn motion off on their device
- Pages that adapt to phone screens and browser zoom
Known limitations
- Text over photos and the moving background can have lower contrast in places.
- Video calls run on a provider's page, which we don't control.
- Signed documents and files people upload may not be accessible.
- Transcripts are made by software and can contain mistakes.
We haven't tested SueYou with every screen reader yet, so please tell us what doesn't work.
Ask for help or an accommodation
If something stops you from using SueYou, or you need information in another format, email hello@sueyou.app. We'll work with you on another way to get what you need. There's no charge for this.
It helps to include the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Your lawyer
Lawyers on SueYou are independent. If you need an accommodation from your lawyer, like an interpreter, tell them, and tell us if you need help asking.
